Host Arcadia is a new company created with the client in mind. We are webdesigners and small business owners, just like you, so we know what you need, what you want, and what you can't live without. We've put together our knowledge of websites and server administration to bring you a reliable and affordable hosting experience. We host our own websites with Host Arcadia, so you can be assured your hosting experience will be of the highest standard.
Our servers are in the AtlantaNAP datacenter in Atlanta, Georgia. Each server is connected to a 100mbps port to ensure the most speed for your sites. The minimum specifications for all our servers is Dual Xeon 2.4 Ghz (w/HT) with 2.5GB RAM. We use SCSI harddrives so files that are accessed most frequently are pulled from the SCSI CPU, causing less strain on the server CPUs. We are not a reseller, nor do we make use of a VPS. We own and care for the servers.
All of our servers run CentOS, a Linux platform. They all run the cPanel/WHM control panel (updated to the latest "Stable" build) and the Fantastico DeLuxe auto-installer. In addition to the auto-installer for scripts, our technicians can help you install and troubleshoot many PHP scripts available online. If there is anything we do not offer that you would like, please ask. We're always looking to make our service better.
